During my third pregnancy, I wanted to do something less common, I had already tried the pastel nursery décor, so the third time around I came across a design idea that I was so impressed by called the Macrame Nursey Décor Idea.

What is Macrame Nursery Décor

Macramé is a form of textile that is produced using knotting as opposed to weaving or knitting techniques. Macrame is an ancient art form that is rooted in Babylonian and Assyrian history. Needless to say, it is an ancient art form but has had a major comeback in the past few years.

Parents who go for Macrame Nursey décor tend to go for minimalist and gender-neutral looks. The Macrame Nursey décor has been on trend for 2022 and the trend is expected to continue onwards to 2023. So how do you achieve this chic and on-trend style? I got you.

To achieve the macrame look, there are a few things you must get right, such as color. The ultimate macrame nursery décor look is neutral, clean, and earthy colors such as white, cream or beige, light brown, and dark brown. So in selecting a crib, changing table, chest of drawers and rocking chair, go for brown (unpainted wood) or white furniture. Select white or beige rugs.
