But as moms, we have these little people who are dependent upon us and so we know we have to press on. For some of us, depression is an ongoing battle while for others it’s situational. The good news is, whatever is causing your depression, there is one healthy way to feel a bit better: self-care.

When you are depressed, it can be difficult to focus on yourself, and drum up the energy to engage in self-care activities. But it indeed does help. Get Enough Sleep

Sleep is essential for both physical and mental well-being. Make sure you get enough rest by going to bed early and establishing a regular sleep routine.
